Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your email, password and every task you have ever created. This cannot be undone. Do it in the app in two taps, or below with a code sent to your email.
01What gets deleted
- Your account and login (email address and password).
- Every todo you have created (active, missed, or completed) across all time.
- Your encryption and recovery keys, so nothing left anywhere could ever be read again.
- Any session tokens tied to your account, on every device.
02Have the app installed?
It's faster to do it yourself: open Tododay, go to Me, tap Manage account, then Delete account. Confirm your password and it's gone immediately, no waiting on us. That screen also has an Export data option if you'd like a copy of your tasks first.
03No access to the app or device?
Enter the email address your Tododay account uses. We email a 6-digit code to that address, and entering it here deletes the account immediately. The code is what proves the account is yours, so nobody else can delete it.
